Can you use full size mugs with this?
პასუხი: A normal height mug would not fit under the portafilter, however both 2 cappuccino glasses and 2 smaller espresso glasses are included in the set. -

Stopped frothing. Once milk compartment removed, milk is dripping out the hole. Any suggestions?
პასუხი: It sounds like the steam tube is blocked. Milk residue can build up in the tube, but this can easily be resolved by cleaning it out. Please get in touch with our Customer Service so that we can provide further advice. -

Is the milk reservoir removable to put in the fridge?
პასუხი: Yes, you can put it into the fridge, but we noticed the milk thickens up and will block the pipes inside the frother. It needs to be cleaned out regularly. -

How long can you store the ground coffee beans? Or do you need to use them straight away?
პასუხი: Once you open your beans, you should store them in an airtight container and, preferably, refrigerate them. The same goes for the ground beans. They will start to lose their aroma as soon as they are exposed to the air. I wouldn't leave them more than a week after grinding. -

After doing espresso/latte, coffee is still dripping as the coffee in the portafilter is still wet. Shouldn't it be dry after using it?

You can make this by making your espresso and then adjusting the dial on the milk setting towards 'milk' and away from 'cappuccino'. You can also program the settings on your machine to adjust the amount of espresso and milk dispensed when you press a programmed button. -

პასუხი: I would recommend using oat milk instead of soya. Soy milk can be temperamental and cause issues. Oat milk reacts similarly to semi-skimmed milk and is more nutritional and sustainable. In terms of the machine itself, I am very happy with it. However, cleaning it may be a bit of a pain. I would recommend.
