Memed, köylüye zulmeden çeltikçilerle mücadele eden Zeki Nejad'ı öldürten Şakir Bey'i öldürerek yeniden dağa çıkar. Kendini yakalamak için köyleri boşaltarak köylüleri Çukurova'ya süren milletvekili Arif Saim Bey'i de öldürür.
