Vinyl Vinyl Store 88875184271 Editorial Review
Animals, the iconic album by Pink Floyd, stands as a critical rock classic that showcases the band's unique artistry. Released in 1977, this concept album, inspired by George Orwell's 'Animal Farm', critiques socio-economic conditions of the 70s in the UK. The meticulous remastering from original analog sources ensures a noticeable improvement in sound clarity while preserving the original's gritty charm. Fans appreciate that despite its historical context, 'Animals' remains relevant and musically compelling, with standout tracks like 'Pigs (Three Different Ones)' and 'Dogs' that highlight its robust lyrical and instrumental richness. As a staple in any vinyl collection, it delivers a robust listening experience that resonates with both nostalgia and contemporary relevance.
