Those restaurateurs who have little to no knowledge of the safe preparation of cooking, preparing hot or cold food, and the safe storage of fresh and dry goods information, which helps eliminate the risk of foodborne illnesses, is a major cause that affects the health of their patrons, employees, the brand, and the company's reputation.
