The material of this mat is sweat-resistant, making it ideal for Hot Yoga, Pilates, and other high-impact workouts. One of the main advantages of this mat is its extreme non-slip performance, which provides a heightened sense of confidence and stability during practice. This mat has the right amount of cushioning for most floor exercises, but if you’re going to be doing a lot of poses that put pressure on your knees, you might need an extra foam layer. However, some customers may find the mat to be heavy and complain of a rubbery smell that persists even after airing it out. Additionally, the cushioning is not great which some users might complain about.
