VIM Tools HBR4 Ratchet Bit is a manual insert and removal tool with a 10.5 cm length and is not a pass-through ratchet. It is snapped in place and not held by a magnet, and made in Taiwan. Customers recommend HBR4 over HBR3 since it already has the ¼" drive head. The tool is decent quality and perfect for the tool arsenal. Some reviewers feel that it is a little uncomfortable to use since the handle is small and cheap feeling. However, the reverse lever works well, the dial for hand spin is good, and the dial makes the tool better. Compared to other bit ratchets, this one is a bit smaller and feels more smooth.
