The CTAR Ball® is an inflatable ball listed at $15.95, shipped inflated. It is perfect for exercises that aim to strengthen the neck muscles and assist with swallowing. This item is ideal for Speech Therapy and comes recommended by a therapist. The ball's size is 4" and can be adjusted by subtracting or adding air using a standard air pump. Cleaning and disinfection should be done as with any ball used by PT or OT. In terms of its everyday usability, this product is very easy to use and comes at a great price point with quick delivery. However, some customers have complained about the ball slipping from under their chin, especially if they have stubble or facial hair. Others have reported receiving dirty spots on the ball and feeling under-inflated. One customer didn't find it to be a great value, noting that they could have gotten eight similar plastic balls for the same price.
