The buttons are simple to use and the numbers are easy to read. However, the magnets are weak and not strong enough to hold the timer in a vertical position. This makes it difficult to use as intended and it can easily slide down the fridge. The timer does not have a mute button or a volume level switch, and the alarm keeps going until manually shut off. Additionally, the timer needs to be set every time as it does not remember the last time set. Some customers have also complained about the durability of the timer, especially when used by kids.
