Some customers suggest that the company was bought out in 2018 and since then, the quality dropped significantly, and the sizing and materials changed. However, on the bright side, Reef offers amazing customer service and forward-thinking, as they ship an additional sandal for free, but they only do so when purchasing from them (Soled), and they ship exclusively with DHL express.
