The transmitter component is not compatible with the cabled Console. The anemometer works with the Vantage Pro2 or Vantage Vue weather station Console/receivers. The Davis solar radiation sensor works only with a full ISS. The product works perfectly, makes it so that you don't have to worry about running and securing cable, and is the only way to run a remote anemometer with Davis. In terms of reception, customers who have bought this product found that it works great, was a welcome addition to their weather station, and is an excellent product with no issues. Some customers have found issues with the device recording the direction of the wind accurately, while others have found the instructions incomplete. Overall, customers found this product sturdy, well-built and able to do its job well.
