The ice cream ball requires the regular ingredients needed for making homemade ice cream. Once the ingredients are added, ice and salt go into one side, while the ice cream mixture goes into the other. The ball is then rolled back and forth for a while until the ice cream is made. However, customer experience with this product has been mixed. While some enjoyed making ice cream with the ball, others found that it had a tendency to leak salt water. One customer also reported that the ball broke before they could make one bowl of ice cream. Additionally, some found it challenging to get the ice cream out, especially those with larger hands.
