The hanger piece is effective and securely snaps into the hose connection valve. However, the expander piece meant to be hooked to the mouth of the bladder occasionally falls out, causing inconvenience and potential hygiene concerns. The hanger piece also has a half circle meant to hold the hose, but the opening is too large for the hose to snap into it, resulting in the hose falling onto the floor. Despite its flaws, the CamelBak Reservoir Dryer is still recommended as it helps keep hydration bladders in top shape. It is reasonably priced and doesn't take up much space or add significant weight to luggage. The instructions are basic and easy to understand. However, users should be aware of its limitations and potential issues when using with different types of reservoirs.
